I have 2 teams, one which is doing excellent not too shabby and one that's well because I forgot about the live draft, it's currently in last place.

Good Team: current ranking 6th place

Starting Pitchers - Javier Vasquez, CC Sabathia, Tim Wakefield, Jeremy Bonderman, Greg Maddux, Ted Lilly

BAD TEAM: current ranking 12th place

first team: piazza is doing alright this year, and it looks like you can upgrade 2B, 1B and your outfield except for wells. pitching looks good except for lilly and wakey.

second team: looks pretty good except for luis gonzalez and furcal who aren't performing too good this year. again, i'd get rid of lilly and possibly clement as he just hasn't looked good at all this year, this coming from a new englander. and your starting pitching looks good if they all remain healthy. to me the second team looks more solid than the first.

why don't you post the FA list from both leagues so we can see who you could add.
