If the baseball season lasted a month then this would be a great story, but fortunately it does not and Hudson's stats as a whole have not been and will not be anywhere near the top ten at the end of the year.
No one cares about this month because we already know what his track record is, he is a phenominal defender and decent offensive presence if your options are slim.
This is too easy comment is a cop-out, I don't even really get your argument.
You guys havent been following the whole thread evidently. havok claims hudson to be a HORRIBLE batter and defender, clearly he is wrong, as I have proven.

I wouldn't call him a horrible one but he's below average with the bat and has been a dissapointment with the glove this year(compare to Toronto years)
Are you interested in joining a 28 teams dynasty league? If so, PM me.

My point exactly. If he finishes the season as a top 10 2B then I'm wrong. Until then, I'm right and I like my odds of staying that way.
I never said he would end up to be a top 10 2b(although over the past month he has). Nice try though. Im just simply pointing out that Hudson isntthe "hack with the bat" as you claimed. He is def worth a look in deep leagues.
mrkrab2003 wrote:once again you are changing the debate. Nice try, but you fail.
No, I'm not. I've repeatedly said he's bottom teir and not worth a roster spot in most fantasy formats. He's not been as good as Arizona thought he was going to be both with the glove and the bat. I'm sorry if he's your favorite player or something but he's not worth anything fantasy wise and is barely worth much in reality. Nothing you've stated showed has disproven that fact that he's bottom teir and is only fantasy worthy in NL only or deep, deep mixed leagues. Pay attention and read the previous posts. Nobody thinks you're right except you. I'd put my baseball knowledge against yours any day and win every day. Talk to you again when Hudson get 2 hits in a game but never when he goes 0-4 with 3Ks.
you ready to admit you were wrong? Hudson keeps getting hotter and hotter as the season has progresses. Looks like he has figured out NL pitching. Anybody looking for a decent 2b in all formats take a good hard look at Hudson, while he is still availble.
