Basically you concentrated to much on hitting and not enough on pitching. The best team, the winning teams have a balance on the order of 55- 45 or 60- 40 nothing more lop sided than that.

Lose some of the dead weight on the hitting side and look for a bit more pitching. Both SP and RP
