Keeper League - Is it Bad?

New to the keeper league style and wanted to get some thoughts on how this team looks. It's 6x6 roto, standard 5x5 plus OBP and Holds, 8 teams, must keep 10. In my opinon I think I have the best young arms in the league and if they continue to pitch how they are I'll have an all-star cast on the mound in a year or two.

What do you think? Anyone dropable? Any one area need upgraded more than another? WHIR leave link.
