Postby The Jury » Sun Jun 18, 2006 1:56 pm

He tried it out on Friday.. and apparently didn't like it 8-o

Is he going to get enough games to qualify at 1B in Yahoo and other leagues?

Well he is PRONK, project + donkey. I guess they don't call him donkey for nothin. I sure hope he gets that 1b eligibility though. That util gets annoying at times not to mention his value will increase a bit for next year with it.

i think you have to had played 20 games at the position to retain eligibility. It's 20 or 15 I can't remember.

Yea thats for this year. He will most likely get eligibility this year, but to retain it for next year, i think you need to have played 20.

Nope, 5 starts or 10 appearances and he'll have eligibility at 1st next year too.

Correct. Ortiz had 10 games at 1B last year, and is 1B eligible this year. ;-D
