Yep, well, now people who are talking about how he is lacking the wins, he has 9 now. He's one behind Halladay, and his other stats are so much better than Halladay's that if a vote were held today it wouldn't even be close. The late start factor is basically nullified now, so now its just a question of whether he can keep it up or not.
It sucks that the Cy Young is influenced so much by win totals. They are the one stat that has no baring on a pitchers ability. Totally reliant on teammates performance.
Three months from now I am gonna look like the Amazing Crescin.
Basically I'm complicated.
I have a hard time taking the easy way
I wouldn't call it schizophrenia
But Ill be at least two people today
There's still too much baseball left to speculate on the Cy. Liriano has 9 wins already despite being in the bullpen for the first 6 weeks. He has been the most dominate pitcher in the majors since he entered the rotation. If he can end up with 18+ wins, he will definately be in the running for the Cy.
I am the Master. Don't question the Master. Just do what he says and be proud.

i really don't get how wins get you a cy young.
Colon again was a joke last year
Well I didn't say it made any sense, I just said that's how the writers vote.
IMO, Santana is hands down the first half Cy Young winner.
