Lame!
I hate the Angels since they're a rival but c'mon, I've got some fantasy leagues to win here. They need to send JEFF to the minors.

Ridiculous. This guy was holding my fantasy team together. Especially with two starts this week. Guess baseball really is the lamest sport out there. Time to watch some worldcup.

Fantasy aside, the Angels made a really poor decision. This ia a team this year that has made 50+ errors and shown a real lack of fundamentals - a far cry from their championship season in '02. Making this bonehead move is par for the course for the '06 club.

Don't count on Colon not getting shelled tomorrow, his rehab starts were anything but stellar.
So what's the concensus? Hold a spot for Weaver in non keeper league or cut him loose???
I'm likely to hold on to him for a couple weeks and see what happens.

Hold on to Weaver and see what happens. That's what I'm doing.

Colon & Escobar are injury prone and there are rumors that the Angels are shopping Ervin Santana.

Weaver will be back. If not the Angels have the dumbest management in baseball. I hope all of the other pitchers there get rocked and young Weaver tears up AAA (which he will).
