I am in the 3 for each pitching category. My offense is picking up but i need SB's bad, and it wouldnt hurt to upgrade hinske and/or valentin. Any suggestions?

What are the scoring categories and how many teams. I would look to upgrade at ss/3b. Who is on the waiver wire. If you have no shot at making up any ground in the steals category I would forget about it.

My SB and AVG are bottom 3, the other offensive categories i'm like in the middle. but i do want stolen bases.

OF is stocked. go for a top-tier to complement Schmidt.

Well I don't know if you want to call it an upgrade but if you want to focus on steals I would think about picking up someone like a Jose Reyes at SS. You will take a hit in power but he could help you in average, steals, and he has a knack for hitting with RISP. Your real strength is in the OF so you could dangle one of those guys for an upgrade in the infield. Teixeira would be an upgrade at 3B and might not cost you more than someone like a Millar since he is riding your bench.

is dave roberts on your bench...maybe you can make a trade with one of your OF...for an upgrade at SS. Then pick up Roberts...who is off the DL and stealing again.

Well, if possible I would somewhat upgrade your catching. Although there are few top tier catches you may still be able to snag someone somewhat decent like myers or even santiago now that he is back from his injury would probably be an improvement. Your ss and third basemen are really pretty weak. Maybe u could do a vlad for two quality players at those positions. As for steals Pierre was available in my league for a long time but is probably gone now in yours so just check waivers and free agency. Relief pitching is decent but you could get another closer other than gagne because beck is still a pretty mediocre closer but it all depends on who you have available in your league. Hope that was somewhat helpful.
