Apparently won't start every game at MIL. Kinda stupid to get his bat out of the lineup but we are talking about Wedge who continues to bat Michaels second and took him two months to realize that Peralta should not be batting third.

Still is kind of annoying that he's not going to be starting every game. I need that 1B eligibility.

I have been waiting all season for Hafner to get his games in at 1B, now Wedge just make sure he gets 5 starts at 1B. ;-D

If Hafner does get the eligibility, it will surely help his draft position out a few spots next year.

He'll play as many games at 1B, as his elbow will allow him to. Hopefully he'll get the 5 starts. ;-D

They have 9 games against NL teams on the road. Provided no rainouts, that means he needs to start half of those games in order to qualify at 1B. Pray for good weather...

Man I hope he gets hurt playing 1B.... not seriously hurt but enough to keep him out for his career.
