Look at what MLB.com said in the postgame notes from last night:

Brian Meadows, who served as the team's closer after regular closer Tyler Walker was put on the disabled list before the game with a sprained ulnar collateral ligament in his right elbow, pitched two scoreless innings to pick up the win.
