So someone can bid and not pay? That is stupid Ebay should change that.

I think you risk losing your ebay account if you don't use a fake one.

Its a joke auction. On things like this its implied that the person who bids will either retract it or the owner of the bid will cancel the bid. There are a bunch of understandable reasons for people to be able to retract bids on real auctions.
