I don't get the hype on him. His minor league stats weren't all that great, even if he got them in a hitter's park.

His first start was nothing to get too excited about either. 6 hits and 2 walks with 2 runs in 5.1.

He's supposed to be the best prospect that hadn't been called up yet, but is he supposed to be as good as Hamels or even Weaver? What kind of stuff does he have?

I wish I had used my waiver on Weaver though. I had it, then cancelled it hoping nobody would waive him and I could get him after he cleared. That's what I get for being greedy.

i tend to agree with this. people are salivating over any rookie callup at this point expecting them all to be "the one". i think he might do OK, but i dont see him being a better option than alot of pitchers out there.

i have him in my H2H and would pick him up if i had the roster space, but i really dont

who says he wont be around for the season? grady little says it'll be good having him in the rotation every 5 days this year.

I don't know if I agree that Billingsley won't stay up. I still wouldn't drop Garcia for him but I do think that Billingsley will stay up.

yeah he'll be around for awhile Little said.. but thru out the whole season ? I dont think he wants to risk his arm on the top prospect rookie like Billingsley
