Please analyze my team and suggest who I should trade

I am currently in first place out of a 17 team league. But teams 1-5 are only seperated by about 10 points. I am currently lacking in RBI, OBP, K's, and Holds. Otherwise, I am leading in every other category. I know my pitching stinks, but I really like my current lineup. I have pondered an offer of Pettite for Randy in hopes of boosting up my K's, and an proposal to get Beltran or Bay for Crawford. Please help and I will help in return. Thanks!
