The biggest weakness are, and there are not many, are N. Johnson and Uggla....see whats on the WW... Maybe trade Harden, Arroyo for some speed ie: Podsednik

Your team is pretty solid. BUT, you can improve. Maybe get an Utley/Soriano/Figgins for Uggla and young. Dump varitek, or trade him with Nick Johnson to upgrade for a pitcher. Use kemp in the util, or trade him for high value right now. you're about a good starting pitcher and 2nd baseman away from dominance right now
