I'll help you, The good things I like about your team are'

1.)solid power Feilder, A-Rod, Berkman, Jones, Holliday
2.)Good AVG Mccann, Jeter,A-Rod
3.)3 starters are studs Webb, Kaz, Arroyo
4.)2 awesome closers then 2 more other closers

Things I dont like
1.)Lack of speed
2.)Uggla as your 2b. (He's solid right now but I dont see him keeping the pace up.) I'd put Uggla and Varitek togather for a better 2b. You have no need for varitek really.
3.)With your starting pitchers they are all 3 first year studs. I'd look to find 1 proven ace
4.) Closers Puttz and Coffey are good but I'd look at moving them for a better closer (Hoffman, Maybe Lidge since he is still a buy low guy)

Everything on your team looks pretty solid to me as well. I also agree that you don't need two catchers. I initially started the season the same way, thinking I could keep up with the amount of games at the catcher position that I was falling behind in until someone told me that no catcher plays the entire season and to just ignore the missed games, as there was nothing I could do about them.

Again, maybe use Varitek and someone else to upgrade another position. Maybe you could get Teix as a buy low to upgrade your 1B? Also, Nick Johnson hasn't had a home run in almost a month. He might be a good candidate for an upgrade as well.
