His value is rock bottom right now. And remember he had a big second half last year. I'm holding on to him, but he's firmly on my bench.

I just traded for him 10 minutes ago. I think he'll turn it around.

I'm hanging onto him, in hopes that he has a big second half. However, if someone were to offer me anything of value for him, i would have no problem accepting.

If you've stuck with him until now (as I have, maybe foolishly), there's no reason to trade him. You couldn't get a bucket of balls for him. He'll get his swing right in due time. He's a young kid, and he's playing on a contender. He'll respond at some point. And even if he doesn't, we Peralta owners are kind of stuck anyway. It's not like you can pick up a good shortstop on the wire. Stay put and hope for the best. I just wish I had another SS I could plug in his place, but I only have on BN spot, and there are no good SS's on the wire.

Good luck.

i dropped him when i was sure lugo was healthy after returning from dl. however in my league, k's by batters hurt and peralta's 60+ k's, maybe 70+ by now hurt me too badly. i've gone with a low strikeout, high avg, high run and sb offense instead. by the way, he is still on free agent list now after about 3-4 weeks. his value is rock bottom that is true.
