Jun 12 Updating previous reports, Adam McCalvy, of, reports Milwaukee Brewers P Carlos Villanueva is expected to get the start Wednesday, June 14, although SP Chris Capuano is still an option if manager Ned Yost is forced to use Villanueva in relief before Wednesday.

Does this mean he's no longer gonna be a starter. His numbers aren't that bad. Is he hurt or what?

I love to snatch a kiss and vice versa!!!

It means Villanueva isn't a lock to start as they might need him in the bullpen. If they do they'll bump cappy from whatever hes supposed to pitch now to that game.

Right...they're EXTREMELY short-handed with Sheets and Ohka both on the DL. They're scrambling to find SP's so they *hope* they can plug in Villanueva for a start. But that only works if they don't end up needing him out of the pen which is likely because they have to keep on plugging in SP's that shouldn't be out there and starting pitchers on short rest which causes them to overuse their's just a vicious crappy cycle right now for them.
