It sounds like he might be ready to go when he's eligilble to come off the DL. Which is June 22.

Rotoworld reports:

Marlins placed outfielder Josh Willingham on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to June 7, with a strained ligament in his left hand.
Willingham will be eligible to return on June 22 and could be ready then. In the meantime, the Marlins will use Cody Ross, Joe Borchard and Chris Aguila in left field.
