What is the deal with Maddux not wanting Javy to catch him? Can some one help me understand this?

Maddux does not feel like Javy frames his pitches the right way. Thinks strikes are being called balls because of it.

I'm not sure Blanco does it any better, but I think it just gives Doggie a somewhat special fealing, cause he has a personal catcher.
