Here's my team...Any suggestions? WHIR

I'm in a 10 team, points based, H2H league...I can only start 7 pitchers per week and I am currently at the top of the league and leading my division by 5 games (I am 8-0 and second place is 3-5) What do you think of my team and what moves, if any, could I make to improve my team down the road? yeah maybe upgrade at 3B for someone more reliable at this point and who will give you higher production, but it would mean giving up chipper and one of your SP's (maybe bonderman at a slight sell high right now) Also you could use one more reliable closer other than turnbow and you could trade another sp and maybe francouer or crisp for a top 5 closer and then just pick someone off the WW if you need outfield help that week. But damn that is impressive getting 3 first rounders in Tex, manny and papi. Hope this is what you were looking for.
