Really need wins this week, should I start him or will he hurt my era to much?

Probably he will, especially against a hot hitting team. Foppert has been too inconsistent to even have on a roster in a fantasy league this year, let alone start against a tough team. Drop him for a spot starter going against the Tigers, Indians, Mets, Reds or Pirates.

Jason Davis (CLE) against Angels

and Tom Glavine against Arizona are my only other desent choices.

I don't care if they lose, just need innings and help with era.

win would be even better

Foppert draws a tough assignment in Wolf, who has been terrific on the road for Philly. I'd gamble on Davis, who hasn't been as sharp lately, but faces a struggling Anaheim offense.
