I like Soriano. If Garcia sucks today, Soriano is prob gonna get the starts. He'll also get you a ton of k's. And who doesn't like a pitcher that can also give you 40/40 production

I would get Hampton, he seems to be getting stronger as the year
goes on. Pitching for the Braves doesen't hurt either.

the high-risk/high-reward guy of this group is Oliver Perez, the young fireballer. this kid throws smoke and averages over 1 K per IP, which is solid. he struggles with control but has shown that he may be settling down after posting a sub-3 ERA over his last 3 or 4 starts so he might be a good gamble. i have him in my head-to-head league and feel comfortable spot-starting him if the matchup is good.

was this the wakeup call that Freddy needed? normally I'd think cleveland wasn't a good test but they were good enough to have lit up Pineiro the previous night.
I seriously considered Perez but Foppert is also a pretty mean strikeout pitcher and on a better team.
I also hear that Radke is returning to his original form.
