He's been great guys.. Racking up the points.. Yeahhhhh .. Ummmm his last 4 starts including tonight.. 17 IP, 13 ER, 15 K, 9 BB and 2 Losses.. That is ggrrrreeeeaaaatttt!
So he had 3 poor starts... his last one he battles through not having his best stuff... and you are going to write him off?
He is still young. He is still getting better. His control still isn't top notch, so a slight regression to his numbers was to be expected. He will be back to pitching well in no time.
You should trade him for a couple of baseballs like the Mets did.
V-Zam provides great moral support from the bench.
Fortunato provides the same great moral support from the bench in Norfolk.
Didn't the Mets also give something else up in the deal?

The actual trade was Kazmir and Joselo Diaz for Victor Zambrano and Bartolome Fortunato

oh yeah, lets just conveniently ignore all that he's done so far, lets ignore what he did 2nd half of last year, lets ignore he's young, he was drafted 1st round, that the start 3 games ago was at boston, that his start 2 games ago had rain delays which mess up pitchers, and that his start 1 game ago he was solid until he had thrown over 100 pitches when the stupid manager still sent him out there to get blown up.
yeah, lets just ignore all that and look at the #s of the past 4 out of 13 starts.
