I was watching highlights of the bluejays game today on The Score and they said that he was clocked at 102 mph. Wow thats serious heat.

He's pretty dominant. If he can develop a third pitch, he would be a top starter.

I think he would be an amazing closer.

He got clocked at 104 earlier in the season, but on that pitch, Griffey hit a grand slam off him.
The Mets will win the World Series this year.

I was watching the game yesterday when he was clocked at 102, the announcers mentioned that this was an unofficial season high. They also said that earlier in the year he was clocked at 104, but that even Zumaya himself said the gun must have been wrong for that.
A few people have mentioned the gun speed gets skewed when the ball is hit.

I doubt he'll start, he seems like the ideal closer.
Sean Tracey has my apologies, we all know Ozzie Guillen is an idiot. I'm rooting for you!

I think he will be staying as a closer the rest of his career. He can be dominant there with out having to develope another pitch and he has said he likes it better then starting.

I think he would be the type of closer that could pitch 2 innings instead of just one. He has had 11 outings that have gone longer than 1 inning, and he has been fantastic in all 11.
