This is per the LA Times. Will stick in rotation if effective. Can this guy be good right a way. Recent starts in minors haven't been that great.

We don't know yet.

I heard the park he pitches in in the minors is like Coors except even more of a hitter's park. His K/BB ratio is solid and that is usually a better indicator of ERA. He has the potential to be an ace in his career. I'll be grabbing him in all my leagues.

Jun. 12 The Dodgers are seriously considering recalling Chad Billingsley (P) LAD from Triple-A Las Vegas to start Thursday or Friday, according to the LA Times. He is 6-3 with a 3.95 ERA, and it's believed he would remain with the team as long as he pitches well.
