Whatever the reason, I'm sure that, in the least, it helped a few people understand the waiver system.

Agreed. The waiver process is not the easiest thing to explain.

It's not happening, but Craig Wilson and Humberto Cota would share the catching duties if it happened. Wilson has never lived up to his potential really, while Cota is in my opinion a permanent scrub. Think Damian Miller at best.

I don't know if this is true or not but I have seen the same rumors going around on other baseball websites. Who knows maybe they just use the same boards as me. What would happen if Kendall goes to the Jays? Would his PT go down or remain the same? If it remained the same I would imagine that his value would go WAY up because no matter where he was in the lineup he would get more RBI and run scoring chances.

IF it happened, I think that it would go down slightly. I don't see it happening because the Jays were looking to possibly unload Escobar or Lidle at the deadline and now they're going to pick up $40+ million? No way.

I don't understand why they would be interested in picking him up. They are getting more production from their lineup the way it is right now using two catchers. I'm not positive but I would be willing to be that the Jays are paying those two a lot less than Kendall.

Man, I really need to start paying more attention to baseball again. I missed out on the Benitez to Seattle deal. Jeez, I think I need to take some vacation! Hehe! :-D
