Can you rank my prospects?

Postby madstork43 » Mon Jun 12, 2006 1:00 am

I am in a 12 h2h team dynasty league where we drafted 10 prospects before the season started. I was wondering what you guys thought of my prospect list now that it is close to mid way through the year. Additionally i was wondering if there is anyone that has made impression on you in the minor leagues that most likely wasnt drafted before the beginning of this year and if there is anyone on my roster that i should give up on.

thanks in advance...

Prospects:
Jeremy Hermida (OF) Marlins
Troy Patton (SP) Astros
Billy Butler (OF) Royals
Mike Pelfrey (SP) Mets
Thomas Diamond (SP) Rangers
Josh Johnson (SP) Marlins
Fausto Carmona (SP) Indians
Dustin McGowan (SP) Blue Jays
Jonathan Broxton (RP) Dodgers

R TB RBI SB AVG OBP IP W SV K ERA WHIP

Hermida
Butler
Pelfrey
Johnson
Carmona
Patton
Broxton
McGowan
Diamond

And a guy that makes an impact on me should be considered a prospect and allowed by your league: Daisuke Matsuzaka Of Japan. If he's availible get him.

Solid group ;-D

A guy that you may want to add is Kouzmanoff...3b, Clev...he's batting over .400 w/ 9 HRs. He's hit well the last few years but this year he's going crazy.

I'd drop McGowan for him...and I also like Daisuke after doing some research on him...I'd lose Carmona for him.

others:
Jay Bruce, of, reds
Ryan Garko, 1b, Clev
Hunter Pence,of, Astros (assume he's gone but??)

Matt Garza is kicking up dust in AA for the Twins. Big K guy who's somewhat under the radar now. I'd rather have him than Diamond but that's me.

Is Nick Adenhart available?

Garza, Slowey, Erbe, kouzamanoff, Josh Fields, Hunter Pence, Jacob Ellsbury are guys I'd look at that may not have been on the list at the beginning of the year
