He is absolutely killing the ball this month. He's hitting .558 and slugging .814....If this guy was on a team worth a damn he would be a MVP candidate every year....
Any chance he beats his own hits record this season? I think he will...In his 2004 season, he hit .321 before the break and .429 after. So he is on pace to put up similar numbers.
