Nope, I heard he's retiring. Now that he's clinched the Hall of Fame, it would be silly to keep going out there. Thanks for the memories, Ty!

Well, in his defense, did you think of that STUUUUUUPID question all on your own, or did your Mommy help?

Seriously though:
The guy is on an offensively-starved team and is batting .280 with 13 HRs and 44 RBI and we're not even at the All-Star break. Is it really worth asking if he is going to continue to get playing time?
If he had asked, "Do you think he'll keep up this pace for 35+ HRs?" That is one thing. But to ask if he is going to remain in the lineup?!?!!?!
Seriously ......

Speaking of Wiggington, he is not in the lineup today. Travis Lee is starting at 1B and hitting 9th.
Don't read into it. Wiggington has started and played every game since May 13th and this is just a "day off."
HTH.

Sorry, I started the crap-fest here. It wasn't really directed at the topic or poster at hand. The title of the thread just amused me so I went with it a little. Shouldn't post before I've had coffee. Sorry about that.
That said -- nice followups, Sammy. You're a class act.
