Broussard/Perez

two platoon guys for the tribe. One for lefties, and one for righties. And theyve been great for fantasy production when they play against that lefty or righty. I was thinking about using them as my utility. So far (june 10), there combined production has been:

42 Runs
16 homeruns
53 RBI's
.346 AVG

Very nice fantasy production if you look at as one player. How long do they keep this up? Can they do this the whole year. What evidence or reasons do you have? Broussard is a career .278 hitter vs RHP, but his avg against RHP has got better each season.

I am using them as my first basemen and it is working out great. I think they will keep it up all season, maybe not the .346 AVG but the HR and RBI should continue to pile up.

I picked up Broussard after Pujols went down, and he's been great. He gets about 20 AB's a week, and produces very nicely. I have enough pop in the rest of my lineup that I decided not to go with the full on platoon, but yeah, those two are doing really nice. I wouldn't expect the average to keep up, but the rest of the numbers could.

I think they won;t keep up this torrid pace, but they should still be very good. Look for a little dropoff in production, especially from perez, but still look for very solid numbres acrosss the board
