i haven't seen him play yet but its possible he's trying to do too much and be a hero. this could result in a little difference in his swing and in turn send him into a slump. he might just need to break down his swing and make sure his mechanics are correct. don't know if its the case but you never know.

Well, that's what he was doing here when Giles was injured and it almost got him benched. Why try to be a hero when you've got Sosa and Alou doing the same job? It's not as if the Cubbies have gotten great production out of Bellhorn and Lenny Harris at 3B before, and they seem to be doing just fine ...

I am thinking of dropping him for Carl Crawford but I need rbi's and hr's but would also be nice to gain in sb's. I agree though that he is probably pressing a little. Maybe his snaggletooth is getting in the way.

Carl Crawford's injured heel flared up again last night, He's not going to be missing any action, but he probably won't be stealing as much the next few days.
