Yeah, he could be a buy-low, but if i owned him, i guarantee i wouldn't take some low-ball, insulting offer. There's a lot more to player values than how they're doing RIGHT NOW. Names often do carry a lot of weight, and Peavy really is one of those names. Think about this season, when Oliver Perez was still drafted heavily after his miserable 2005 season. It's about the name, and past achievements. Don't count on buying low, real fantasy baseball players don't ever sell low.
