just wandering if you guys had ant guesses on who will step up next year and be a big time closer. Maybe a Jose Valverde or someone like that any opinions.

I gotta believe that someday soon teams are going to look at Octavio Dotel and Kyle Farnsworth and ask why these guys aren't closing.
Probably 1/3 of the Closers are on the bubble right now. I wouldn't bank on either moving into the role next year, but in time I think it's inevitable.

there is some talk down here of trading wagner and having dotel close. whats the point of having lidge, dotel, AND wagner, when it is evident all 3 can close.

What's the deal with Zimmerman and Cordero in Texas? RotoTimes and RotoWorld kind of make it sound like Zimmerman would be the primary closer if he came back healthy. What's the word for the rest of this year and next year if Zimmerman is 100% healthy?
