wht programs do everyone use to make their sigs? and whats the best/cheapest way to get ahold of a photoshop program, if there is a way to bypass actually purchasing the program

get it on limewire, or u can get a 30-day free trials of photoshop on their site.

i believe the gimp is free but idk for sure.
