Peralta??

Eric Wedge continues to say good things about Peralta. He defended him last week, and he continues to say that Peralta is making great progress but it's just not showing in the #'s yet.

"Like anything else in this game, it doesn't fully show itself [immediately]. You have to give it due time. But Jhonny's going to be fine. He's going to hit for us. He's going to be everything that he wants to be and we know him to be, as an offensive player and a defensive player."

For now, I have benched him to keep that low BA off my team. But I really hope Wedge is right!
