Yeah you do definitely have some slumpers on your team right now, but I don't think that is all. I am not a fan of Hillenbrand. He's good, but EXTREMELY streaky, and it will either be feast or famine with him. I think maybe package him with Drew or Lowell and try to upgrade your 3B to a guy who is a little more steady like Ensberg or Rolen or even Glaus.

Just my .02 though.

Closers

Postby The Lord Gum » Thu Jun 08, 2006 4:57 am

You also seem to have only one closer in Izzy. If you play in a head to head league, against any opponent wiht more thatn one closer you'll automatically lose that save category so its like you're already have a disadvantage. More closers or i general more relievers, pending whether they get bombed or not, might be able to lower your team ERA and WHIP, if your starter don't have a good outing.

Thanks for helping me out. You're team looks good from the outside but some are out of their rythm. Cabrera is definitely a keeper and so is Damon - Ortiz hands down. Wiggington will hit you a HR once a week but he K's a lot. I would trade him. The pitching looks pretty good, and I'd hold on to Johnson because I think he's got some more wins in him (behind that not-so Yankee offense but still winning games).

Drop Wigginton - Add Crede
Drop Drew - Pick up Matthews Jr.

Just my opinion!
