Whats the scouting report on this guy??

is he a top prospect or something

He was a first-rounder with the Mets a few years ago out of high school. Had some arm problems and the Royals signed him as a minor league free agent before this year.

He had an ERA over 5 in AAA this year and was called up in desperation recently. He has pitched well, but he doesnt get strikeouts and he certainly wont get wins with the Royals.

Don't even think about picking him up.
