Arod played in his 500th consecutive game tonight. The only active player he trails is Tejada who's at 544. Both of them deserve a lot of credit for going out day after day and doing their jobs.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
I don't think so. Yahoo has Tejada listed as playing 111 games before tonight. The A's have played 111 games before tonight.

He didnt get his own forum earler this season for his 500 game which game against PHI.
hmmmm, never any respect for My A's, oh well we never got it anyway
I did include Tejada didn't I? I could have left him off, but I thought it would be right to list him. When Tejada hit 500 he was still playing like poop, so it would have opened a big can of worms for him to be bashed. You could have started the thread as well.
Believe me, as a Rangers fan, I certainly respect your starting pitching. We don't have a single starter who would actually be a starter on the A's. Pretty sad when your #5 starter is better than our #1 starter. Maybe one day we will actually get a starter or two.

Yes Madison u included Tejada and my remark was not at all towrds u, just sorda in general and I thank u for including Teajda. As a rangers fan Im sure u believed Arod should have been MVP last year, and I will not even try and argue that Teajda is a better SS the ARod, I would rather argue that Pujols or Bonds is a better player then Arod cuz I would have a better chance at winning the argument.
Now Yes I should have started that thread but for those keeping count
Tejada 544
ARod 500
Arod was hit in the nose with a ball in Oakland earlier this year but he didnt let that stop him, he played the next day.
Forgot to add that while I wont argue Arod is a better SS then Tejada, I will argue that Miggy deseved the MVP last year as he had a huge 2nd half, led many 9th inings heroics and for most of the entire 20 game win streak and 2nd half of the season Miggt carried the A's on his shoulders and took them to 100 wins and the AL WEst.
