Wes Bankston - underrated or gunna be good?

Baseball America doesn't even have him on the top 100, and as far as organizations top 10 go, I believe he is ranked 6th or 7th.

However, in the pre-season list here, he is in the top 100.

SO, the question is, what kind of numbers can we expect from him, and can we make comparisons to a player in the majors?
