I'm actually in the same boat as jags. Targetted him early and was pleased with the start until he got hurt. I think he will be a solid 2B, but only if he moves up in the lineup. Granted, in deep leagues, he wouldn't be a bad option since Tex is going to score alot of runs, but until he moves to leadoff of #2, I think his fantasy value remains relatively low. Something to keep an eye on though.

Does anyone see him moving up in the order soon? Where did he start the season batting?

Not with Wilkerson's bat heating up and Matthews Jr. being terrific at leadoff.

Well, Kinsler has .394 OBP, .633 SLG. He just missed another HR last night, hitting one to the wall.

If he keeps hitting like this, he will definitely be moved up the lineup.

He started the season batting 9th, he's up to 7th now and his numbers are damn good for a free agent pick-up (I snatched him up this week when I finally came to the realization that I needed somebody to pick up Jhonny Peralta's slack)

Showalter's no fool. If Kinsler keeps hitting the way he has, he'll find his way to the top of the lineup.

Kinsler is a servicable sleeper and a great sell-high candidate, in my book.
The arguments about his value if he gets moved up in the order are moot, in my book, because they are dependent on him continuing to hit the way he is now.
And, with a minor league average around .275, that isn't likely.
He is certainly worth holding on to and may be a top-12 second baseman the rest of the way out, but if you could someone like Cantu, I'd part ways.
