Is Zambrano's arm going to fall off?

CZAM lost the no hitter on his 108th pitch the other night, but Dusty leaves him in to throw a total of 127 pitches. i have always felt Dusty baker let's his pitchers throw too long, and the history of Prior and Wood does not help convince me otherwise...

Do you think carlos Zambrano is going to injure that arm sometime soon?

Well, Livan doesn't throw nearly as hard or put as much stress into his delivery.

people ask this several times a year, every year, and people shy away from Z only to their detriment. Pitch count has never been a problem for Zambrano. There is zero reason to think it will start after a single 120+ pitch outing for a 25-year-old who has never been anything short of a rock.

My advice: Find some sucker who believes that pitch counts are equally important for everyone and steal Zambrano from him.
