I actually like manual labor or getting up and doing things.
Sitting in a desk is awful.
I have a BA in Media Communications and a background in Computer Technology.
Any ideas of jobs I can do without sitting at a desk all day??
My cousing is the district manager for about 10 Ski shops around here I was thinking on getting in on that buisness. I'd be working retail but could move up quickly.
Interestingly, as working in an office has consumed my life for some time as well, my job responsibilities have increased dramatically and I simply don't have the time to post unendingly on the FBC boards like I once was. I was actually in a nice routine; come to work, make some posts. Do some work, make some more posts. Now that work is consuming so much of my time, my whole equilibrium is thrown off!
So, as I have recently received a promotion, I've got a job for ya ACS; computer deployment technicians. I'm now in charge of deploying PC's to large companies and managing their technical inventories. The job requires some time setting up and troubleshooting PC's, and also going on-site to set them up and goof off. It just requires you to transfer to Harrisburg, PA... and I doubt you, or anyone, would be overly willing to do that!
Well, we have a big beer festival on June 17 sponsored by Troegs, the best microbrewery in the northeast along with Magic Hat and Dogfish Head. So we have that; otherwise, yeah, it's a little dark and boring but we do love our bridges (over the Susquehanna River that is).

YES!
That would be a riot if we were talking about the same Mary.
This one's 47 but man that's the best 47 year old tail end I've ever seen. She was my house guest a few weekends ago.
