Hope this hasn't been posted elsewhere, but I couldn't find it.
Not sure if you saw, but Clemens threw 3 innings tonight at Lexington A ball and they showed most of it on ESPN. He gave up 1 HR, 3 hits, 0 BB, 6 ks through three innings - about 60 pitches worth. His stuff looked good and he looked confident out there with location. He threw all of his pitches to try them out, but was mostly throwing curves, fastballs and the occasional change. He looked a lot better than most guys on rehab assignments look and I think that he'll be rock solid after a couple weeks when he makes his first Houston start.
I doubt if he's available in many leagues, but now would be the time to pick him up if he is. This is probably about the last chance to buy semi-low on him too.
