This season was too bad for lil' Giambi. His big brother really didn't break out and become a star until he was 27-28, and I thought that it was only a matter of time before Jeremy put up .290-25-100 for a few years, and that kind of contribution could have made him a starter on the Sox. He'll be valuable off the bench later on in the season. Despite his .197 Avg, he has a .342 OBP.
