Exactly...why worry about picking up two guys from different teams that may be facing the wrong handed pitcher on the same day. The Broussard/Perez combo has put up the following stats this year (keep in mind they may have some overlap here as they both could have played in the same game a bit with pinch hit appearances, etc):

That comes out to a .342/.378/.613/.991 line out of two waiver wire players. I wouldn't expect that average to regress much either...maybe into the .311-.326 range (assuming a BABIP of .300-.320).
Dang, I think I've just talked myself into Perez/Broussard in all of the leagues I can afford to use 2 roster spots. That two-headed monsters is a stud.
