It's about time, I can't wait to have him back. I have been replacing him with Lowell at 2B and strgguling A Ramirez at 3B it will be nice to get him back so I have other options. ;-D

Expect Cantu back Monday ;-D

Jun 1 Michael Gluskin, of TampaBay.DevilRays.MLB.com, reports Tampa Bay Devil Rays 2B Jorge Cantu (foot) went 2-for-3, with one home run and five RBI, in a rehab game with Double-A Montgomery Tuesday, May 30. Devil Rays manager Joe Madden said he expects Cantu to be back with the team around Monday, June 5, when the Devil Rays begin a series against the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.

luckily i only have to deal with dropping adam kennedy who sealed his deal w/ a crappy performance tonite and overall lately, i appreciate his help, but w/ the pujols injury and possibly big hurt goin' down, boy do i need jorge...!!!

do you think it would be wise to sit cantu for a game or two before activating him from my DL? Or is he gonna be one of those guys who blows up in his first game back? I have Brian Roberts there now. and NO wrong forum BS here. I am asking about an update on Cantu's return. FYI....I hate the forum police!!!
