Prospect Watch Help...

Does anyone know a good site that updates prospects getting called up? For example...if Jerremy Sowers gets called up by the Indians...does anyone know a free site that will have the news first? I'm in a Dynasty League...and am looking to nab some good prospects when they first get called up...for the future...

any help will be returned...

The Cafe always seems to beat all the other sites I check.

Most of the time the call-ups get announced in the Baseball Leftovers forum. They might appear elsewhere too but they always go there.

rotoworld.com does a weekly article on all the recent callups and 3 prospects in the minors...pretty good stuff
