I have a limit of 180 starts . I have 105 starts right now . Do I need to add another starter to reach my Limit or will 5 get me there . I have 5 studs

The typical pitcher has 10 starts left for the rest of the year barring any injuries. That would bring you to 165 starts used by the end of the year. To use up all your starts, you need to add at least one more starter, and probably another one as well that you can play the matchups with. Another option would be to use up your extra starts by picking up guys who have good upcoming mathcups (ie facing the Tigers, Mets, Reds, etc.)
I'd trade for 1 more solid starter, and then as Jdh said, play a few matchups against weak teams with a free agent pickup.

We are at the 70% mark. 70% x 180 = 126. You are 21 starts behind pace. Better get a guy quick.

yeah, go grab someone, I would say try and grab someone from waivers that woudl just fill the hole, is someone like Jose Acevedo still out there, he has been solid as of late.
