Has the injury hurt him that badly? He is a different pitcher. The Ks are not there, the confidence is gone, and he has become droppable in some leagues as well. This was the next young stud pitcher, what do you see out of him?

I'm still hanging onto him. Hopefully he gives fantasy owners his 2nd half self from last year. If nothing else, he should turn it around by the ASB. (Hopefully sooner) :-o

I hope so too...I own him in a couple of leagues, and have been very disappointed so far...I have faith in him, though.

good point about the injury possibly affecting his K rate.

Read somewhere that SP usually blossom in their 3rd year (or entering the season with around 60 career starts). Today is his 57th start so hopefully he starts putting it together from #61 and on. Sounds silly but I'll just keep telling myself that, for now

Harden, Capuano, JPatterson, Cliff Lee were some of the others.

Now is the time to trade Noah before the rest of his value disappears. Think back, when was the last time the Giants had a left hand pitcher with any consistency. IMO, Noah was effective due to the Kirk Reuter influence (who happened to be in the park yesterday). He has been around the league a couple of times, so guys are getting used to his stuff. The strike zone is now thinner. He no longer owns the corners. Besides, if he does, the Giants will trade him. Think back to any draft pick of the Giants that has done anything. Pitcher or otherwise.

Glavine and Zito are doing great. I think it's time for Lowry to put those 2 on speed dial and bump Rueter from #1. :-D

Come on... We traded all three of those guys for AJ Pyrzienski (whatever). But, you make one of my points. If Noah gets back to last year and his rookie year form, expect Sabean (if he is still there) to trade him away for someone over 40.

Giants team is taking about Matt Cain like he is the next young stud pitcher instead of Lowry.

Lowry used to be talked about like that, but not lately.
