He has only started 3 games at 2b this year. Just a heads up that he will almost definitely be losing eligibility there for next year. Important for you guys in keepers leagues. His value drops from the Reyes level to the Podsednik level. :-t

All he needs is 5 for eligibility, right? That's still certainly possible.

I'm pretty sure it's 5 in season to gain it but either 10, 15 or 20 to start the season with it. Not sure though

for yahoo it's 5 starts or 10 appearences.

Chone still has a lot more value at only two positions because he's a guy that can get you 10 homeruns and 50-60 steals and a ton of runs, podsednik can maybe give you 1 1/2 homeruns and 45 steals and 20 rbi's.

I still say Figgins and Reyes are the same type of players, But Crawford is the elite speed player that can help you in other cats too.

i dont think a player drops from a reyes to podsenik level by losing a position eleigibilty :-?

maybe i exagerrated a little, but the 2b eligiblity is what makes him great IMO

I don't think this is true, at least not for Yahoo! leagues. I looked around at players with eligibility at multiple positions. For example, Luis (the crappier one) Gonzalez only played 8 games in the OF (6 starts) last season and started this season with OF eligibiltiy. If you gain eligibilty at a position during the year or get enough to qualify again this season you will start the next season with eligibilty at those positions.

Just wait he will get there. Kennedy should be traded & I can see Figgy making a few appearences there when that happens.
